By accessing and using NetTestLab and its associated diagnostic tools (including the Internet Speed Test), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Our diagnostic tools are provided for lawful personal, academic, and administrative network troubleshooting. You agree not to:
- Attempt to overwhelm, flood, or execute Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks against our benchmarking endpoints.
- Automate continuous high-bandwidth testing loops with the intent to exhaust server bandwidth.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer server infrastructure for malicious exploitation.
3. Measurement Estimation Disclaimer
All diagnostic measurements provided by this platform (including download speed, upload speed, ping, and jitter) are estimations reflecting the network path between your browser and our test endpoints. We make no warranty that results represent an absolute legal guarantee of your ISP service-level agreement (SLA).
4. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the platform operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
